Shipping

We endeavour to ship all Uk orders with a courier on a next working day service: Next working day delivery if order is placed before 1pm. If ordered on Friday before 1pm you will not receive your items until Monday.  

**Please note Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belfast, the Highlands and Islands are excluded from next day service and will be sent on a 48 hour day service**

** All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out on the next working day **

** Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not working days  ** 

If you have not received your items within the stated time frame please email our support team at sales@repapparel.co.uk. We cannot be held responsible if you report a missing parcel after 2 weeks as our couriers only conduct a investigation within 2 weeks of your parcel being dispatched. 

Returns

We take high pride ensuring all our products meet your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange). You must return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you. 

When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.

If the instructions are unclear, a refund or gift card will be processed.

If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with.

If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. All costs of returning are customers responsibility. If you have a faulty item please contact us on sales@repapparel.co.uk

Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.

Returns can take up to 7 working days to process after we have received your item(s) please allow this item before contacting our customer support. 

Customs & Import Fees:

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

Refunds

If item fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from. If you have sent back a sale item for refund, you will be issued with a gift card which will be emailed to the email address left on your order.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any items within 14 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant return information on it. We will get your exchanged item sent back to your within 2-3 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s).

Sale items 

Please note, any discounts or promotional offers cannot be applied after your order has been placed. When using discount codes/gift cards please check the final amount total before proceeding with your payment.

Please be aware when purchasing sale items, that they are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be eligible for an exchange within 14 days where the items are unworn, and in saleable condition with tags intact.
